SHIPPING + RETURNS
Once the online order has arrived, we will send you the ordered products with the invoice within one to three working days to your delivery address.
Please check your order immediately after receipt for completeness, accuracy and also check if the quality meets your expectation.

We charge shipping fees of CHF 7.- for deliveries within Switzerland.
We charge shipping fees of CHF 15.- for deliveries within Europe.
Currently we only ship within Switzerland and Europe. Worldwide shipping is under consideration. Of course we are always open for individual solutions and ideas. Please contact us regarding this.
You have the opportunity to pick up your ordered products locally in our store. Simply select this option during the checkout process.

The current opening hours are visible on the website and on social media.
You can also pick up the products outside the normal opening hours. Get in touch with us to make an appointment.
You can return products within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods.
This is possible if the product is in its original state with labels, unused, complete, unwashed, unworn and in its original packaging. Note: Underwear is not refundable.

You will receive the credit for your return on the way you paid the amount of the order. Shipping costs are not refunded.
