Returns & Refunds
Purchases can be returned within 7 calendar days after receiving your items (date of postal stamp).
If you would like to return an item, it must be in its original state: unused, unwashed, unworn and with its original labels and packaging.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Pajamas, Socks + Underwear
- Sale Items
- Food Items
- Beauty products (perfumes, lotions, soaps, etc)
Before you return your item by shipping, please email us beforehand with your name and order number. After receiving and inspecting your item we’ll respond to your email to let you know we have received the return and update you on processing your refund.

Please note that all refunds will be returned as a Gift Card Voucher.
Shipping costs are not included in your refund. You will be responsible for the shipping back to us and the shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. We do not return cash or card payments.
Items lost during a return shipment cannot be refunded. Please use a tracking number when returning items.
