Shipping & Rates
Because we ship worldwide, we have three different categories for our shipping rates: Domestic, European and All Other Countries. We ship from our home base here in Luzern, Switzerland. All orders shipped to a Switzerland address are considered domestic.
Please note that some countries may charge additional customs fees. These costs must be paid by the buyer. We also cannot take responsibility for delays in shipping due to customs or COVID related delays.
The pricing for each category is as follows.
Domestic Shipping (2-5 Days of Expected Shipping):
- Small Letter - CHF 3.50
- Small Package - CHF 5.00
- Large Package - CHF 9.00
European Shipping (Up to 1 Week of Expected Shipping):
- Small Letter - CHF 6.00
- Small Package - CHF 15.00
- Large Package - CHF 23.00
All Other Countries (1-2 Weeks of Expected Shipping):
- Small Letter - CHF 6.00
- Small Package - CHF 18.00
- Large Package - CHF 30.00
Please check your order immediately after receipt for completeness, accuracy and also check if the quality meets your expectation.

Pick-up Your Order At the stories
You have the opportunity to pick up your ordered products locally in our store. Simply select this option during the checkout process.

The current opening hours are visible on the website and on social media.
You can also pick up the products outside the normal opening hours. Get in touch with us to arrange the pick up from our mailbox.
Orders placed via our website can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone/WhatsApp on +41 78 210 38 16 and receiving confirmation from us that we have not already shipped your item(s). After 24 hours orders cannot be canceled.
You can return products within 7 calendar days after receiving your items (date of postal stamp).
To return a product it must be in its original state: unused, unwashed, unworn and with its original labels and packaging. Note: Underwear and beauty products are not refundable.
If shipping a return, please email us beforehand with your name and order number. After receiving and inspecting your item we’ll respond to your email to let you know we have received the return and update you on processing your refund.
Please return items to the following address or bring it personally during the current opening hours:
You will receive the credit for your return on the way you paid the amount of the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. You will be responsible for the shipping back to us and the shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
Items lost during a return shipment cannot be refunded. Please use a tracking number when returning items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange one or more items (for example, to a different size), you can simply contact us by email at email@example.com or phone/WhatsApp on +41 78 210 38 16 or visit us in person in our store.
Exchanges cannot be made on opened beauty products or underwear.
